Course Overview
The Extended Diploma in TTHM L6 is a new course offered by Association of Business Executives (abe) and accredited by Ofqual which allows learner to broaden knowledge and start to speciality in the tourism industy. Diploma holders can also furtherance there studies in Bachelor degree programmes with exemptions from some units.

Course Structure

There are 13 units in this course.

Compulsory Units:

• Travel, Tourism and Hospitality
• IT in Hospitality and Tourism Operations
• Managing the Customer Relationship
• Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Operations Management
• Strategic Hospitality Management
• International Travel, Tourism and Hospitality
• Sustainable Tourism Planning and Development

Plus Two Optional Units from Group A:

• Principles of Business Law
• Human Resource Management
• Marketing Policy, Planning and Communication
• Sales Management

And Two Optional Unit from Group B:

• Strategic Marketing Management
• Strategic Human Resource Management

Entry Requirement:     A levels or equivalent overseas qualifications.

English requirement for overseas studends: 5.5 in IELTS or 51 score in PET in each bands
